Smart meters frequency band is 900MHz to 2.4 GHz. Transmissions can vary from every half hour to every 4 seconds.
These communication levels are within Australian guidelines, but these guidelines are for flesh heating effect only.
DNA and cellular distruction can occur well below these levels and are of major concern, but are ignored by authorities.
